In our center you can choose between following services:

 

During your test course that lasts for 2 hours (one day), you will have a taste of all the charms of windsurfing. The course begins with theoretical part on the ground (simulator), after which the practical part on (or in!) the sea follows. This course is meant for those who do not have enough time to frequent the beginners course or those who just want to have a taste of what it feels to stand on the board trying to make their first 10 meters. Experience has shown that 95% of all the test course attendants IMMEDIATELY continue with the beginners one, due to those first 2 hours when they get an idea of this beautiful sport they have ahead...

Beginners course is our basic course that lasts for  6 hours (3 days). Attendant of this course gets the most valuable knowledge for a quality and easy beginning of practicing this sport. Course begins with theoretical part (simulator) where the attendant gets to know more about the equipment he will be using and all the necessary terminology for a proper communication with his instructor. After adopting basic knowledge, attendant gets the equipment (board and sail) which is by the sail size and the board volume completely adjusted to the individual.
During the beginners course, attendant will master safe start of the coast as well as approaching it, riding with and against the wind, two of the basic turns, he will also learn more about the sea current and many other tricks.
Course is divided into three 2-hour-lessons, usually in the morning time, with an hour break. If weather condition inhibits the lesson, another term is individually set.

Advanced course follows after the beginners one and last for 4 hours (4 days). Condition for joining this course is a successfully completed beginners course. Those who have not finished the course in our center, will be shortly tested in basic knowledge without which would be impossible to follow the advanced course.
In advanced course the attendant is mastering the tack (advanced turn against the wind), jibe (advanced turn with the wind), as well as using harness in theory and practice and beach start (advanced start of the beach), weather permitting. Advanced course demands more wind, therefore the course is practiced around 13.00h when Maestral wind starts.

Private course is meant for those who wish to master a specific element of windsurfing, whether it is part of the beginners or advanced course. The lesson is mainly done one on one, but we also practice teaching a couple, as some prefer it this way. Private course DOES NOT include the equipment since it is possible to use the personal one, if the instructor approves it as compatible for the element which is to be learned.

Furthermore, in Surf PIT we can offer you the latest, most modern equipment there is on the market. We use Severne sails and boards by Starboard i JP. Sails are made from Dacron, a material that is particulary resistant to consuming, ideal for windsurfing beginners. Boards are also specially designed for beginners as well as advanced windsurfers. They are wide and navigable which makes first steps quite simple and fun. You can see our equipment in practice in the photo gallery...
